Shipping Costs
SureView Laundry ships standard ground delivery. Other's optins are avaialble at check out. We offer 2nd day and next shipping shipping on most items except overweight/heavyweight items. The shipping costs are determined by the products purchased along with the location. This cost will be calucated at check out.
Free shipping is offered for qualifying items that are greater than our free shipping amount stated at the top of the webstie. Some items we offer do not qualify due to weight or size. These items will not be shipped for free.
Occasionally, we may have an additional charge for heavyweight items or oversize items. If this occurs a Sureview representative will contact you with the additonal shipping charges before the order is shipped.
Return Policy
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Sureview Laundry Parts Supply accepts returns or exchanges within 90 days of purchase. Please read below items eligible for returns, not eligible, shipping, and restocking costs.
Eligible Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
Items also needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Special order and non-stock items will incur a 15% restocking fee

Shipping
Shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Return Procedure
To return a part, please first email Sureview Laundry Parts Supply at info@sureviewlaundry.com or call us at 844-309-9204 and report your problem with the part. Once reported please package and ship the part back to us with a copy of your receipt or invoice along with your name, phone number, and email address.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your credit card issuer’s policies.
Warranty
Sureview Laundry Parts Supply offers a 90-day warranty on all parts. We will replace or repair parts that are defective or provide a full refund of the part purchase price. This applies to defects in materials or workmanship. If you have a defective part within the 90-day return period, please follow the return procedure to submit your claim.
